William Russell's Bottling Establishment 1847-1864
Russell was a prolific bottler in Baltimore for nearly 20 years, first at his 22 Light St address where he purchased the bottling establishment from Dr. Brown who removed to New York. Then moving to 4 Water St in 1857 and then 5 Mercer in 1862.

Russell & Burt 1855
In 1855 Thomas Burt joined William Russell and they expanded their services to represent their mineral water manufactory and bottlers of porter and cider. This was only a one year affair and then Burt disappears from the company and any listing in Baltimore city periodicals.

Louis Sackerman's Bottling House 1879
Sackerman is tough to track. Lewis and Louis Sackerman appear to be interchangeable through these years and is listed as engaged in wholesale clothing except for 1879 when he is listed as engaged in dry goods. This could be the year in which he tried his hand in bottling which quickly failed and he went back to wholesale clothing and tailoring.

Frank Sandkuhler's Weiss Beer Brewery 1886-1919
Frank & Henry operated their Weiss Beer Brewery first at 2338 McElderry and then in 1895 moved to 109 &111 N. Collington St. They were the Baltimore King's of Weiss Beer and by far the top seller in this limited mostly German born customer base. While the majority of their product was bottled in stoneware, one glass bottle is documented.
