Darley Park Brewing Company 1876-1901

While the Darley Park Brewery had been in existence for a long time none of their product was bottled in bottles embossed with their name.  In 1901 the brewery was bought out by the GBS.  Bottles from that ownership are listed on the GBS page.  Only one embossed bottle can be directly associated to Darley Park, that being one from their Richmond Virginia Branch noted below.

By 1897 Darley Park Brewery was well established but only years away from being sold to a beer syndicate.

Eagle Bottling House was originally a partnership of Leopold Schulz and Gustav Schroeder at 1801 E. Biddle St. beginning in 1892 and bottled exclusively for VonderHorst's Eagle Brewery.  All bottles from this company have an S S motif that represents their partnership.  By 1899 Frank Philips buys the company and VonderHorst's Eagle Brewery is closed.  Frank Philips continues bottling at 1805 E. Eager St but only his name only is embossed on the bottles moving forward.  Frank Philip's bottles are documented in his own section.

In 1901 the Eagle Bottling House was still at it's original location however it would soon move the the Eager St location.
