Seegar's, John Crystal Brewage

Historical Context

Crystal Brewage was more of a product than a brewery. It was available from Jacob Seeger at the Baltimore Brewery on Frederick & Pratt Sts. Crystal Brewage was produced from 1883-1885 and while available in kegs, the bottles appear to be used solely for export as most examples are found in the Louisiana-Florida area.
